The MWCC Fund Development Committee is exploring federal, state, regional and local funding opportunities with the intent of creating a funding database in the future to assist the Montana conservation community in search of appropriate opportunities.

Currently, the Montana Natural Resources Grant Program funding directory provides a list of programs that support conservation and watershed programs and projects. The goal of this guide, although not fully comprehensive, is to target grants available to the Montana natural resource community and save groups time in sorting through the array of available funding opportunities.

The funding directory provides information describing each agency’s grant program and contact information, special requirements, applicant eligibility, due dates, and other significant information. The directory will be updated annually.
