At this FREE workshop, you will learn to identify common forest pests and understand appropriate management options, particularly in relation to their specific management objectives. This workshop will be held indoors with a diversity of presentations, samples, practical exercises, and publications. We will distribute “A Field Guide to Diseases and Insect Pests of Northern and Central Rocky Mountain Conifers” and work through practical exercises so that landowners can confidently use it while assessing their own forests. Landowners are welcome to bring samples from their property for identification during the coffee session.
