The goals of the Urban Forest Innovation Award include:

  1. Promote innovative and significant projects that raise awareness through urban forestry
  2. Tie into Montana’s Forest Action Plan, address urban forestry implementation strategies
  3. Improve condition and function of urban landscapes and green infrastructure in Montana communities.
